Footwear Fit Protect Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Footwear Fit Protect is an optional service designed to make returns and exchanges easier and more predictable. Customers may select from four levels — Basic, Lite, Flex, or Plus — depending on the type of support they want for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All Fit Protect fees apply per order, are non-refundable, and must be selected during checkout.

1. What Footwear Fit Protect Covers

Fit Protect applies only to footwear purchased in the same order where the service was paid for at checkout.

It supports size-related exchanges, store credit returns, or full refunds depending on the option selected.

Fit Protect does not apply to:

• Colour or style changes
• Change-of-mind returns without selecting the appropriate tier
• Final sale or non-returnable items
• Product defects (defect claims follow the standard warranty process)

2. Fit Protect Fee Details (Basic, Lite, Flex, Plus)

Customers can select one of the following four options:

Footwear Fit Protect Basic — $0 (Standard Returns Apply)
No prepaid return label included. Standard return policy applies.

Footwear Fit Protect Lite — $11 (Store Credit Return)
Includes a prepaid return label. Customer receives store credit for the item value once returned.

Footwear Fit Protect Flex — $19 (Size Exchange)
Includes a prepaid return label and free shipping for the replacement size (one exchange per order).

Footwear Fit Protect Plus — $25 (Full Refund)
Includes a prepaid return label and allows a full refund once the returned footwear is approved.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

• Customer must select and pay for the chosen tier at checkout
• Items must be returned within 14 days
• Items must be unused, original packaging, swing tags attached
• Prepaid labels may only be used for the linked order

4. Free Shipping & Exchange Conditions

• Only Flex includes free shipping for size exchanges
• Only Plus includes a full refund supported by a prepaid label
• Lite includes a prepaid label but issues store credit
• All exchanges subject to availability

5. Exclusions & Limitations

Not covered:

• Damage from wear or misuse
• Incorrect selection (colour/style)
• Defects after 14 days (warranty applies)
• Final sale items
• Multiple exchanges

6. Returns for Defects or Faults

Fit Protect is not required for faulty returns. Faulty claims follow our Faulty Items Policy.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

All Fit Protect fees (Basic $0, Lite $11, Flex $19, Plus $25) are non-refundable even if unused.

8. Modifications to the Program

Indigo Workwear may modify or discontinue the program at any time without notice.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting correct size at purchase
• Returning items in acceptable condition
• Using prepaid labels correctly
• Understanding size availability is not guaranteed
