Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Once we receive the order, our team will verify the following information – name, address, and payment information to ensure everything is correct so we can process it. Items are shipped from our store located at 1/25 Kilpa Road Moorabbin, VIC 3189. Orders are dispatched daily from the store.

Shipping Methods

Our preferred shipping methods are through Australia Post and StarTrack. In some cases, we may also use Sendle, which has arrangements with Couriers Please, Aramex, TNT, and Direct Freight Express.

When orders are shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and the carrier website address.

Shipping Charges

Flat rate of $13.20 for orders up to $99.00. Free delivery for orders over $99.00.

Click & Collect

Customers are welcome to purchase online and collect their order from our Moorabbin store. Please allow two hours for our staff to pick and pack your goods. Once you arrive at the store, please park in the dedicated spot for Indigo Workwear and come inside. Please keep your order number ready for pickup.

Pricing, Taxes, Fees & Other Charges

All prices are inclusive of 10% GST. We do not charge any additional fees for credit card or PayPal payments.
